You will have exclusive and private access to the entire main floor of the house with private entrance, ensuring complete privacy as well as a fenced backyard. There are two separate units in the basement, each with its own separate entrance.

You will enjoy exclusive access to the backyard, complete with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Please note that the entrance to the basement units is situated right next to the outdoor furniture. This means you may see basement guests passing by occasionally as they access their separate units.
